About the Initiant Health Collaborative
Purpose and Organization
The business and purpose of the collaborative is to enable its members to aggregate their efforts and expenditures to achieve savings, to explore deployment of clinical programs and services that will improve access to and quality of health care provided to patients, and to add value to its members, patients, and the communities it serves. Initiant is a Limited Liability Company owned by its members.
